Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it

  • Original packaging must be included (where applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect


🔄 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

  • Gift cards, final sale items, or digital downloads


🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or faulty product, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Please email us with a clear photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.


💳 How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
